## What else this rule says

- This rule measures the head to the top of the skull, with the hair left out of it. The dots here find the top of the hair, because that is what a photograph has in it, so on a full head of hair the measurement reads high — aim at the lower half of the band.
- Poland publishes the eye line in millimetres up from the bottom edge, which almost nobody does: 20 to 30 mm. It also says that on a full head of hair some of the hairstyle may fall outside the frame, so long as the face itself is not made smaller.
